Access the IP address of camera though a LAN device,then login and find Configuration-Video&Audio-Image settings-Day/Night：

Light control:

Auto mode,The camera turns on the LED light when it is dark,and turns it off when it is bright.

Open mode,The camera turns on the LED light all the time.

Close mode,the camera turns off the LED light all the time.

Brightness level:

Control the brightness level of the white light, the higher the brightness level, the brighter.

LED turn-on/off threshold：

In the Auto mode of Light control, this parameter can control the illumination threshold of the camera to turn on and turn off the white light. The higher the value of ON, the darker the white light will turn on. The higher the value of OFF, the brighter the white light will turn off.

2. Set it in the Smart Client software：

Open the Smart Client, click the setting button of the added camera, and then click the image option.

Click Day/Night:

Light control:

3. Set it in the AView app.(did not suggest)

Open the AView app,then click the set button of camera.

Set it to DayTime then LED light will not turns on.

1. Download “Annke Nova“, register an account, log in to the APP, and then add an IP camera to the APP. Here is the net link instruction of how to add the camera to the Annke Nova app for your reference.

2. Download and install the “IFTTT” APP, then you can use your Google account, Facebook account, or register a new account for login.
   
3. Search “EZVIZ ” on IFTTT, select the EZVIZ module then login with your account. You should authorize IFTTT to access your EZVIZ account, and tap “Open” to enter the IFTTT.
   
   
4. Search “TP-Link Kasa” on IFTTT,  select the TP-Link Kasa module then log in with your TP-Link Kasa account. You should authorize IFTTT to access your TP-Link Kasa account, and tap “Open” to enter IFTTT.
   
5. IPC of Nova Series triggers TP-Link Kasa by motion detection.

   a). Link with IP Camera
   Open the “My Applets” and tap the “+” icon on the top right corner on the EZVIZ main page, then tap “+this” to search and enter EZVIZ to select the trigger. Click “An alarm event occurred” and then select the device and the alarm type. Choose “Nova S” and “Motion Detection Alarm”, then complete the settings by tapping the top right corner “√“.
   
   
   

   b). Link with TP-Link Kasa
   Choose “+that“,  then search and open “TP-Link Kasa“, select “Turn on” to connect Kasa. In the login page, then authorize to bridge IFTTT and Kasa. Enable the notification then you can tap “Finish” to complete the settings.

To setup your camera with the mydlink app, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Launch the mydlink app. Log in with your mydlink account username and password. This will be the same username and password if you have used the mydlink Lite or mydlink Home app. If you have never created a mydlink account, you can create one.

Step 2: Tap the settings icon (3 lines in the upper left corner).

Step 3: Select Add a Device.

Step 4: Tap Yes to scan the QR code.The QR code is located on the label on the bottom of the camera or on the Wi-Fi configuration card included with the product. If the label or card are missing, tap No and select from the drop-down list.

Step 5: If you tapped Yes, scan the QR code. If you are having trouble scanning the QR code, move to a brighter lit area. If you tapped No, select the camera model from the list.

Step 6: Tap Next. Please wait about a minute (or less).

Step 7:  Tap Device Location to select where your camera will be setup. Select from the list or scroll to the bottom and tap Add Location to create your own.

Step 8: Tap Choose Your Wi-Fi Network. Select the WiFi network you want to connect the camera to (note this should be the same network that your mobile device running this app is on). Enter the Wi-Fi password and then tap Next.

Step 9: If you want this camera to be displayed on the “Home” screen, tap Add to Shortcut (checked by default). Tap Next at the bottom to continue.

Step 10: The camera will now save your Wi-Fi settings, and then bind to your mydlink account. This process can take up to 3 minutes.

Note: If you receive an error during the Setup Wi-Fi process, make sure you are entering the Wi-Fi password correctly. Remember it is case-sensitive. Also make sure the camera is within range of your wireless router, and that the router has DHCP enabled and does not have any filtering which may block the camera from connecting.

If you receive an error during the Binding process, this usually means the camera cannot connect to the mydlink servers. It is best to reboot your router, close the mydlink app, and reset the camera (hold a paperclip in the reset hole for 10 seconds and release. The LED on the back should turn red). Once your router has rebooted, open the mydlink app and set it the camera again. If you continue to get errors, please contact D-Link support at 1-877-453-5465. Support is free and available 24/7.

Step 11: Once the camera setup is finished, the following message will appear. If you want to add the camera to cloud recording, tap Yes, or tap Later.

Step 12: If you tapped Yes, a new Automation will be created to record video detected by motion to your cloud recording subscription (free or paid). Tap the check mark at the top right corner to finish setup.

Note: These instructions only apply for WiFi NVRs and Cameras.

1. Connect the NVR and IP Camera directly to your router or modem with a CAT5 cable.

2. Open the ConfigTool and locate your NVR and IP Camera.

3. Login to both using Internet Explorer.

4. On the NVR, go to Settings->Network->WiFi Device Manage

Be sure to note the SSID and Password.

5. On the IP Camera, go to Setup->Network->WiFi

6. Locate your NVR’s SSID, and click once.

7. Input your NVR’s SSID password, and click, “Connecting”

8. Go back to the NVR page, go to Settings->Network->WiFi Device Manage

Confirm that the camera is displaying on this page and note the IP address.

9. On the NVR page, go to Setting->Camera->Remote and click, “Manual Add”

10. Input the following:

• Channel: (Any)

• Manufacturer: Private

• IP Address: (Your IP Camera’s IP Address)

• TCP Port: 37777

• User Name: admin

• Password: (Your IP Camera’s password.) Default is, “admin”

• Remote Channel No. (Any)

• Decode Buffer: Default

11. Hit, “Save”

2. Then, please connect the 2.4GHz wifi on the mobile phone.
   Note:
   When configuring the wifi for the camera, the APP will pick up the wifi automatically, and it won’t allow the users to change it. Thus, please make sure the mobile phone is connected to the wifi you want to configure for the camera.
3. Please use an email address or a mobile phone number to register the APP.
   • Firstly, please click Sign Up on the APP
     
   • Then, please input the username, password, email address/phone number, and the verification code and click Sign Up:
     
4. Next, please log into the APP by using the username/email address/mobile phone number:
   
5. After login the APP, please click the screen to add the camera:

7. Please input the wifi password of your wifi network:
   
8. Next, please click the QR code icon and click I see, and put the QR code to face the camera lens part so that the camera could scan the QR code:
   
9. Next, please set up a password and a name for the camera.
   Note:
   The password is very important. When you share the camera with other users, you also let him/her know the password, so please keep the password.
   If you forgot the password, please reset the camera to the factory default settings.
   
10. Finally, the camera will be added to the APP successfully, and you could view it on the APP:

How to connect the camera to the router with WiFi smart link?

[Click on “+” in the upper right corner] -> [Please use Wi-Fi Smart to connect] -> [Enter the WiFi password] -> [Scan to add the device ID (optional)] -> Click [Next] – > After the connection is successful, the camera voice prompts “WiFi connected”. The device appears in the device list. Click the device to view the image.

How to use the ap hotspot configuration to connect the camera into the route?

1. Android user: Click [+] in the upper right corner -> [Access-Point established] -> [Select device] -> [Select the route to be connected and enter the route password] -> [Click OK] After successful connection,

The camera will show a prompt “WIFI connection completed”, the device list appears on the device -> [Click on the device to view the image]

2. Ios user: enter the phone to set the connection [device hotspot (hot spot at the beginning of the MV)] -> [click the “+” in the upper right corner -> [hotspot is established] -> [select the route to connect and enter the route password] – > [Click OK] .

After the connection is successful, the camera will prompt “WIFI connection completed”.

Which protocols are supported by the wireless camera

→ The protocols supported by the V380 wireless camera include: TCP/IP, UDP, RTSP, HTTP, DDNS, DHCP, FTP, NTP, and ONVIF (other protocols are temporarily not supported)

Note:
1. Only Anyka and GM support the ONVIF protocol. Other solutions do not support ONVIF protocol can not connect to NVR
2. Anyka 2505 version, GM 3505 firmware does not open RTSP protocol, if you need to connect NVR please contact the technician to provide upgrade package to open RTSP

Device can not be added to the device list

·If the device can not be added to the device list, or the system prompts “The device already exists” when adding, the device cannot be found in the device list.

Method One: Close the software completely and restart it. Open

Method Two: Uninstall the software and reinstall it.

How far is the hotspot mode connection range?

→ The general connection distance is 10 to 15 meters, depending on the use of a certain deviation, can be further in a open empty space

Can’t see the image after modifying the routing password or changing the router

After changing the routing name, password, or changing the router, the network information has changed and the wireless camera needs to be reset to the factory and reconfigure the network.

How to check the device ID (device number)

→ ID is the 8-digit device number, which can be tagged on the device body, or viewed in the list of software devices.

How many devices can be added to the device list

→ Theoretically, there is no upper limit for the number of device lists
→ Only one device screen can be previewed at the same time
→ Long-press the device list under local login to manage devices in batches

During the configuration process, the device voice prompt “wifi connected”, but the mobile phone prompts “device connection timeout”

Method one: According to the voice prompt “wifi connected”
→ Click [Next] system automatically searches for devices connected to the same LAN and the new device will show up in the device list, click [Next] if the App can not find any new devices automatically, the page turns to device manual adding page automatically, input or scan device ID [Add], the system jumps to the device list, the newly added device is displayed in the device list first

Method 2: Add LAN (Only if the camera and the mobile phone are connected to the same network)
→ Return to the [Device List] interface
→ pull down the screen to refresh the device list
→ The system automatically searches for the LAN device and then adds the device to be displayed in the device list first

Can not find Hot spots on App or mobile phone

Make sure the camera has started without problems and is in hot spot mode.

1) the device will be in hot spot mode after the camera speaks”access point established”

2) Outdoor all in one devices will right be in hot spot mode after factory reset, the tail indicator light of outdoor all in one devices without Internet port will be on.

• Make sure antenna is well installed if the device has external antenna.

• Make sure the device is not connected with Internet wire,if it is connected with a wire, other ways of connection will be screened.

• Try change phone connection or Upgrade the firmware version of the device

· Contact the seller to have the device repaired if none of the above works

How to add a networked device to your phone

Method one: Manually add
1, open the [device list] interface, click [+] in the upper right corner
2, select [WiFi connection completed] or [other ways] 3, after entering the ID and password [OK add], the system jumps to the device List, the newly added device is displayed in the first place in the device list.

Method 2: Local Area Network Addition (Only if the camera and the mobile phone are connected to the same network)
1. Open the Device List screen, Pull down the screen to refresh the device list.
2. The system automatically searches for the LAN device and automatically adds the device display. In the first place of the device list , successful adding, the preview needs to enter the correct access password (as shown below)

3, the device’s first networked device password is empty, need to set a password
