<p>Name Your Device as you like</p>
<p>Cloud ID : Device Serial Number. We need to go to the TV Monitor connected to the NVR , and find out the information on TV Monitor UI, then right click the mouse to navigate to the path of &#8220;Main Menu&#8211;&gt;Advanced&#8211;&gt;Version&#8221; to find out the information &#8220;serial number&#8221;</p>
[Note: most customers do not know how to find the serial number, so they can&#8217;t add the device to PC Client</p>

<p>Please follow these instructions to sign up for an account via your mobile number.</p>
<p>1. Click on Sign Up</p>
<p>2. Sign Up by email or Select Mobile Number</p>
<p>3. Select the correct country code +1, input your mobile number and click on &#8220;Get code&#8221;</p>
<p>4. A code will be sent to the mobile phone number, input the verification code and continue.</p>

<p>Steps:</p>
<p>&#8211;&gt;1. Please connect the NVR/DVR box to your Router via Network Cable; (Some customers think it can support WIFI connection, while wired systems only support wired router connection, and have to be wired to router via ethernet cable)</p>
<p>&#8211;&gt;2. Go to Monitor UI Interface, and Navigate to &#8220;Main Menu &gt; Network &gt; Net Service”, if the “Cloud Status” shows connected, means NVR/DVR is online (Please skip step3),</p>

<p>&#8211;&gt;Reboot the DVR by unplugging the power adapter and re-plug it, then double-check the cloud status ( only cloud status shows )</p>

<p>The QR code contains Serial number info. We need this information after we add the device to mobile phone APP</p>

<p>Device Serial Number: Click the &#8220;Scan&#8221; icon to Scan QR Code On the NVR UI Interface (Main Menu&#8211;Advanced&#8211;Version), (QR code contains username and password)</p>
<p>No need to input the username and password manually.</p>
<p>And click &#8220;OK&#8221;, and go back to the Device page on App,and you will see the device shows status:online ,</p>

<p>1.Make the Alarm setting is already set on Monitor UI Interface</p>
<p>2. Please right-click mouse and navigate to &#8220;Main Menu&#8211;&gt; Alarm&#8211;&gt;Motion Detect/Human Detect/Face Detect&#8211;&gt; Enable &#8220;Mobile Reported&#8221;&#8211;&gt;click &#8220;OK&#8221;</p>
<p>(Default Setting is for Channel 1, Please select &#8220;All&#8221; channels.)</p>

<h2>F:  Configure Offline Camera or Add a New Camera?</h2>
<p>&#8212;&gt;1. After connect the camera to NVR via network cable, if the camera power on properly, the camera&#8217;s indicator light should be blinking.(see picture attached)</p>

<p>When you cover the camera&#8217;s photocell or put the camera in dark place, the infrared LED should turn on red color.</p>

<p>2. In the second box, if any camera status is offline or not connected, please select it and click &#8221;Delete&#8221; first</p>
<p>3. Click &#8220;Search&#8221;, can you see new IP address showed on the topper box?</p>
<p>4. Select the IP address in topper box and click Network&#8211;&gt;Auto Assigned&#8211;&gt;OK</p>
<p>5. If auto assigned successfully, please click &#8220;Add&#8221; to add the camera.</p>

<p>Please right-click and hold your mouse for over 10 seconds to see if the system can reboot or not. Or, please try to connect the system to another TV monitor with a higher resolution (above 1080P)</p>

<p>(2) Cause: The hard disk drive inside of the DVR box is broken, and use the screwdriver to open the DVR box to unplug the wires of the hard disk drive, and reboot the DVR to have a try. If the DVR box can be rebooted after unplugging the wires of the hard disk drive(HDD), which means the HDD is having an issue, and needs a replacement, plz contact email <a href="mailto:love@hiseeu.com">love@hiseeu.com</a> for replacement HDD</p>

<p>There are two methods to find your serial number.</p>
<p><strong>Step 1</strong>. Connect your DVR to a monitor. Click the right button of your mouse and enter the <strong>Main Menu</strong> on the monitor.</p>

<p><strong>Method 2</strong></p>
<p>On the premise that you haven’t connected the DVR to a monitor, and you are unable to log in the system, please see the instructions below to find your serial number.</p>
<p><strong>Step 1.</strong> Connect the DVR to a router via an Ethernet cable.</p>
<p><strong>Step 2. </strong>Get a computer which has been connected to the same router.</p>
<p><strong>Step 3.</strong> Install<a href="https://help.annke.com/hc/en-us/articles/support.annke.com/document/XM/General/tool/device_manager.exe" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> the software DeviceManage </a>into your computer.</p>
<p><strong>Step 4.</strong> Turn on the software, and check if the software can detect the system’s serial number (see the picture below).</p>
<p>Please search Xmeye in google play or apple store and install it into your phone.</p>
<p>Here are steps to use the App Xmeye to connect the recorder. The method is for both the local view and remote view because they are totally the same.<br />

<li>Please check the network status of the system. If the users want to view the cameras remotely, <span class="wysiwyg-color-red"><strong>the status must be online</strong></span>.  It could be checked on the Configuration&#8211;&gt;Network&#8211;&gt;Sannce Home&#8211;&gt;Status:<br />

<li>Please download the APP Sannce Home from Google Play or APP Store.</li>
<li>Please register the APP by using an email address or a phone number.

<li>Firstly, please select the country and region for the APP account. It should be in accordance with the region where you plan to install the system.<br />

<li>Fourthly, please set up a password for the APP account to finish the APP registration.<br />

<p>Please go to <strong>Platform Access</strong>, click &#8216;Enable&#8217; and create a &#8220;<strong>verification code</strong>&#8221; by yourself. Please note the <strong>verification code</strong> must be set up, otherwise, the network status of the NVR can&#8217;t be online.</p>
<p>When the <strong>Status</strong> is &#8216;<strong>Online</strong>&#8216;, this system can be accessed remotely via the APP.</p>
<p>Tips:</p>
<p>1. If you don&#8217;t want to enter the verification code each time when remote view the camera, please uncheck <strong>stream encryption.</strong></p>
<p>2. The special characters are not allowed when setting up the verification code.<br />

<p>*User name: It is your NVR system&#8217;s user name. If you do not change the default user name, it is &#8220;admin&#8221;</p>
<p>*Password: It is your NVR system&#8217;s password. If you do not change the default password, it is empty, and you don&#8217;t need to input anything, just leave it blank.</p>

<p>You can judge whether the recorder was connected to the internet by the status of a network like a picture below.</p>

<p>1. Please check the <strong>yellow and green light</strong> on the ethernet port of the recorder. One should be blinking which indicates the recorder has connected to the router successfully. If not, please change the ethernet port of the router or another reticle to have a try.</p>
