2.Please modify HTTP port number.

The device HTTP port mapping to the external network router,
“External ports”: This port is corresponding to the access requirement of outside network
“Internal Port”: port for this equipment
“Service agreement” selects “ALL”
“IP address”: LAN IP address of the camera.

NOTE:
If your router supports UPNP function, you can also use UPNP port mapping automatically.
UPNP stands for universal plug and play, if you started UPNP, once the IP camera was connected into the LAN, it will communicate with the router of the LAN.
It will request the router to open a port to forward its own port. User doesn’t need to log in the router to set the port forwarding.

users in the use of the function, need to confirm a router also is enabled UPNP; Because many router model, not necessarily can very good support UPNP, testing and supporting the router is very good with, or suggest not start the function. At present test and TP-LINK router cooperate good.

If your Nooie camera failed to connect, please check the LED indicator on your camera and reference the following recommended solutions.

There are 4 common situations for why your Nooie camera may not be operating:

Camera is not connected to the server.

Camera is not connected to the router.

Incorrect WiFi password is being used.

Camera has a malfunction, not operable.

Situation #1

LED color: White (flashing fast and never turns to steady white light)

Reason: Camera is not connected to the server.

Solution:

Check your router and see if there’s any limits or firewall.

Turn off the firewall and connect again.

*If the problem persists, please email to support@nooie.com for further assistance

Situation #2

LED color: White (flashing slowly)

Reason: Camera is not connected to the router.

Solution:

Step 1 – Begin by Reviewing These Requirements.

Camera is connected to 2.4G Wifi; does not require authentication.

WiFi account/password does not contain special characters.

No wall between the camera and router.

Router is connected to less than 10 devices.

Step 2 – Check Your Router Settings

If you have smart Wifi, turn it off and try connecting the camera again.

If your router is dual band (5G & 2.4G), temporarily turn off 5G until the camera is connected.

Encryption & Authentication methods should be set to WPA2-PSK and AES.

Try turning off the wireless MAC address filter.

Make sure the DHCP server is on.

*If the problem persists, please email to support@nooie.com for further assistance. Provide the QR code located at the bottom of your camera, and the Wifi pairing code.

Situation #3

LED color: Red and white (flashing)

Reason: Incorrect WiFi password is being used.

Solution:

Re-eneter your WiFi password and make sure it’s correct.

Try using an alternative hotspot such as a smartphone to make sure the problem is related to the hardware and not your WiFi network.

*If the problem persists, please email to support@nooie.com for further assistance.

Situation #4

LED color: Red and white (flashing)

Reason: Camera has a malfunction, not operable.

If all situation solutions did not work, the camera may have a malfunction.

The camera not be operable due to manufacturing issue.

Solution:

Please email support@nooie.com and describe the situation, and we will further assist.

This article is only suitable for basic configurations.

Note: NC Class Cameras work with tpCamera app only.

Run the tpCamera APP on the Android phone or Iphone

Note: tpCamera APP can only be used in iOS 9.0 or higher/Android 4.4 or higher.

For IOS devices: download the tpCamera APP in APP store

Here we take Android as an example to set up the camera:

1) Connect your camera to your router by an Ethernet cable, then connect the phone to the Wi-Fi network of same router.

1.The NC210 do not have Ethernet port, it can only be configured via Wi-Fi.

A firmware update can resolve issues that the previous firmware version may have and improve its current performance.

To Upgrade

IMPORTANT: To prevent upgrade failures, please read the following before proceeding with the upgrade process

Please upgrade firmware from the local TP-Link official website of the purchase location for your TP-Link device, otherwise it will be against the warranty. Please click here to change site if necessary.

Please verify the hardware version of your device for the firmware version. Wrong firmware upgrade may damage your device and void the warranty. （Normally V1.x=V1）
How to find the hardware version on a TP-Link device?

Do NOT turn off the power during the upgrade process, as it may cause permanent damage to the product.

To avoid wireless disconnect issue during firmware upgrade process, it’s recommended to upload firmware with wired connection unless there is no LAN/Ethernet port on your TP-Link device.

It’s recommended that users stop all Internet applications on the computer, or simply disconnect Internet line from the device before the upgrade.

Use decompression software such as WinZIP or WinRAR to extract the file you download before the upgrade.
