<p>1. Open the Bosch Configuration Manager and select the Refresh Search button at the top to search for all Bosch devices on the network</p>

<p>2. Right click on the IP address of the camera in the list and select &#8220;Set Session Authentication&#8230;&#8221;</p>

<p>3. Enter the username next to &#8220;User&#8221; and password next to &#8220;Password&#8221; of the camera<br />
Select &#8220;OK&#8221;</p>

<p>4. If the correct credentials were entered the red lock next to the camera&#8217;s name in the list should disappear. (If it doesn&#8217;t, repeat steps 2 and 3)<br />
Select the &#8220;Network&#8221; tab at the top and note the network information (You can also modify the network settings in this section of the tool)</p>

<p>5. Log into the Dahua recorder<br />
Select &#8220;Setup&#8221;, then &#8220;Image&#8221;, and then &#8220;Registration&#8221; to open the Camera Registration page<br />
Select &#8220;Device Search&#8221;</p>

<p>6. Scroll through the list of cameras on the top until you see the Bosch camera you are going to add<br />
Check the box next to the Bosch camera and select &#8220;Add&#8221;<br />
(If you don&#8217;t see the camera in the list, select &#8220;Manual Add&#8221; and skip to Step 8)</p>

<p>7. If the Status shows a Red X, select the Modify (Pencil) button next to the camera<br />
(If the Status shows a Green Check Mark, skip to Step 10)</p>

<p>8. Verify all of the settings on this page match the network information for the camera from Step 4<br />
Fill in the Username and Password for the camera<br />
Select &#8220;OK&#8221;</p>

<p>9. You should see the Status for the camera change from a Red X to a Green Check Mark<br />
(If you don&#8217;t see it change, select &#8220;Refresh&#8221;. If it still doesn&#8217;t change after refreshing repeat Steps 7 and 8)</p>

<li>VRM IP address (when recording on VRM based recorder, e.g. Divar IP)</li>

<strong>1.1 Axis platforms ARTPEC-5, ARTPEC-6 &amp; -7</strong></p>

<p class="lia-align-justify">For these Axis cameras, the <strong>VX Cloud Agent app</strong> needs to be installed in the camera to establish the connection to Bosch Cloud VMS. The <strong>Access Token</strong> authenticates the connection from the camera to Cloud VMS.</p>
<p class="lia-align-justify">Please perform the following steps:</p>
<p class="lia-align-justify">1. In the local network, find the related camera with <strong>AXIS IP Utility</strong>.</p>

<p>a. Select <strong>Allow reverse port forwarding</strong> (1) and <strong>Apply default settings</strong> (1)</p>
<p>b. Unselect checkbox <strong>Ignore cloud settings</strong> (2)</p>
<p>c. Add <strong>user name</strong> (3), <strong>password</strong> (3) and <strong>Access Token</strong> (3) and click <strong>Save </strong>(4).</p>
<p>10. Then <strong>Start</strong> the VX Cloud Agent app (5).</p>

<p class="lia-align-justify">For Vivotek Schubert cameras, the <strong>VX Cloud Agent</strong> app needs to be installed in the camera to establish the connection to Bosch Cloud VMS. The <strong>Access Token</strong> authenticates the connection from the camera to Bosch Cloud VMS.</p>
<p class="lia-align-justify">Please perform the following steps:</p>
<p class="lia-align-justify">1. When you have connected a new camera to your router, you need to open its web interface &#8211; just <strong>type in the local IP address</strong> of your new camera in a web browser &#8211; you can find this local IP address (usually in format 192.168.x.x) in your router among other connected devices.</p>

Outgoing connections usually are not blocked by a router, however in a corporate network with proxy server, firewall, etc. involved, the IT dept might open the needed ports.<br />

<p class="lia-align-justify">
<strong>2.1 Port forwarding</strong></p>
<p class="lia-align-justify">
<p class="lia-align-justify">To add a 3rd party ONVIF camera to Bosch Cloud VMS, port forwarding needs to be configured for each camera in the Internet router.</p>
<p class="lia-align-justify">The following ports need to be forwarded:</p>
<ul class="lia-align-justify">
<li>HTTPS port (default 443) for communication
<ul>
<li>optional HTTP port (default 80), if the camera does not support https</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>RTSP port (default 554) for video streaming</li>
</ul>
<p class="lia-align-justify"><strong>Note:</strong> To change the used ports from default, if requested by the customer, please refer to the camera’s manual.</p>
<p class="lia-align-justify"><u>Example:</u></p>

<li>Public IP = 62.225.116.122</li>

<li>Camera’s LAN address = 192.168.2.43</li>
<li>Camera’s HTTPS port = 443 (default)</li>
<li>Camera’s RTSP port = 554 (default)</li>

<p class="lia-align-justify"><strong>2.2 Add 3rd party ONVIF camera</strong></p>
<p class="lia-align-justify">
<p>Please perform the following steps:</p>
<p>1. Open <strong>Cloud VMS Configuration</strong>, navigate to Accounts &gt; Sites &gt; Devices.</p>
<p>2. Add a <strong>3rd party</strong> camera, select <strong>ONVIF (via Port Forwarding)</strong></p>

<p class="lia-align-justify">3. Enter <strong>device name</strong>, <strong>host</strong> (public IP address or domain), <strong>HTTPS</strong> and <strong>RTSP</strong> ports, and camera credentials (<strong>user name</strong> and <strong>password</strong>).</p>
<p class="lia-align-justify"><strong>Note</strong>: Some camera brands need to configure an ONVIF user to activate ONVIF communication. Please refer to the related camera manual.</p>
<p class="lia-align-justify">4. Click <strong>Add</strong>.</p>
<p class="lia-align-justify">5. Then configure <strong>Recording Mode</strong> and <strong>Cloud Storage</strong>.</p>
